Contest rules

No purchase necessary. This is a judged photo and video contest, not a random drawing.

1. Organizer and contact. Gym Snack, operated by Louisville Vegan Jerky Co., LLC., 1311 South Shelby Street, Louisville, KY 40217. Questions about the contest or your submission: trainer@thegymsnack.com.
2. Eligibility. Open to United States residents who are 18 or older when they enter.
3. Contest dates. November 4–13, 2026. Submit by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 13, 2026. Entries must be received through the form before the deadline.
4. How to enter. Create an original photo or video featuring Gym Snack and GNC, then use the linked Google Form to provide your name, email address and entry. A photo of Gym Snack on a GNC shelf counts; buying a product is not required. Each submission accepts one image or video, no larger than 10 MB. Google sign-in is required for the upload.
5. Your work and permissions. You must have created your entry. AI-generated submissions are not allowed. You must have permission to submit any identifiable people and any third-party material in your entry. Do not submit private information about anyone else or content that is unlawful, threatening, discriminatory or unsafe to create.
6. Judging. Eligible entries will be judged on originality (25%), creativity (25%), inclusion of the brands (25%), and appropriateness (25%). Three winners will be selected by these criteria.
7. Prizes. Each of the three winners will receive a 5-pack of every Gym Snack flavor: Cheddar Cheeze, Jalapeño Cheddar Cheeze, Everything Bagel, and Buffalo Ranch. Gym Snack will use the email address provided with the entry to contact winners.
8. Submission privacy and content rights. Gym Snack collects your name, email address and uploaded entry through Google Forms to administer the contest, review and judge entries, and contact you about the challenge. Uploads are stored in the organizer’s Google Drive. Submissions and response summaries are not a public gallery. Entering does not subscribe you to marketing or give Gym Snack permission to publish your content. You keep ownership of your work. Separate permission is needed before your content is published. Do not include sensitive personal information in your entry. Contact the address above with submission or privacy questions. Google’s own privacy policy applies to its service.
9. Entry agreement. By submitting, you confirm your eligibility, accept these rules, and agree to the review and contact described above. Entries that do not meet these rules are not eligible.
